After cloning a hard drive to an SSD (or to any other HD), Quickbooks shows the following error when login to computer (or trying to run Quickbooks):

[Error 3371,Status Code -11118] Quickbooks could not load the license data. This may be caused by missing or damaged files.

This error shows twice followed by a Quickbooks Fatal Error asking you to reinstall the software.

To fix this problem, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\[Version of Quickbooks]\ and rename the file called EntitlementDataStore.ecml, then try to run Quickbooks again. This file will be recreated automatically by Quickbooks and the application will have to be registered again.
